OpenMW · Public Preview

A steadier journal for an open Morrowind world.

OpenMW can make Vvardenfell feel wonderfully expansive. Nirnarium helps you keep your own quest plans, discoveries, and notes easy to revisit.

OpenMW-aware path

Use the dedicated OpenMW page to understand the supported Morrowind workflow and keep that context separate from other games.

No cloud profile

Your tracker state remains in this browser. Export it for a backup or move it deliberately when you choose.

Careful boundaries

Public Preview does not promise universal mod or edition coverage. The app shows evidence it can validate and keeps uncertainty visible.

OpenMW save support

Choose the character save ending in .omwsave from your OpenMW saves folder. Nirnarium recognizes the qualified legacy and modern OpenMW save families from their contents. Classic Morrowind .ess uses the separate Morrowind path.

What the analysis produces

Validated journal observations become a reviewable tracker proposal. Some modded journal entries need a matching OpenMW profile definition before they can authorize progress; uncertain evidence remains visible for review. Supported image data can become a normalized preview.

Upload and privacy

Your .omwsave is securely uploaded for analysis and the raw save is discarded after processing, failure, or cancellation. Selected extracted information and a normalized preview may be retained for service diagnostics for up to 90 days. Learn more → Privacy
