Your plans stay close to you.

Nirnarium is local-first. The short version is below; the app also repeats the save-analysis disclosure beside the import control.

Stored in your browser

Profiles, tracker state, notes, snapshots and history, settings, review state, and user-facing history are retained locally on your device. You can export and import this state deliberately. Nirnarium does not create accounts or sync it online.

What a save upload sends

When you choose save analysis, the service receives a sanitized version of the original filename, the declared byte count, the raw save, and temporary job capabilities needed to process the request. The purpose is to produce the validated result, evidence, and preview used by the review workflow.

The raw save is destroyed after processing, failure, or cancellation. Raw embedded screenshots and decoded source images are never retained. Temporary job capabilities are not retained as diagnostic records.

What may be retained

Private operator records may retain the sanitized original filename, character name when present, a normalized safe thumbnail, the complete validated parse result and evidence rows, stable diagnostics, parser/app/server versions, bounded timings, and processing metadata. This supports service diagnosis, format counts, failure review, retention, and safe deletion.

Retention is bounded by all three qualified limits: no more than 90 days, no more than 200 records, and no more than 512 MiB of logical diagnostic storage. Older records are removed as those limits require. Operator diagnostics are not described as anonymous.

Cloudflare and network data

Cloudflare provides Nirnarium's public DNS, HTTPS, security controls, caching for eligible public static files, and the outbound Tunnel to the service. Cloudflare may process connection and security metadata as part of those services. The Nirnarium application does not persist IP addresses, user agents, authorization headers, Access tokens, raw request bodies, or job capabilities in its operator records or logs. Save APIs, results, and operator data are not cached.

Operator access and choices

Retained diagnostics are available only through the private operator surface. Ordinary visitors cannot browse them. There is no advertising, behavioral analytics, account, subscription, payment, comment, or community system in Nirnarium.

Operator and privacy contact

Nirnarium is operated by Daniel Iftime. For a privacy or data request, email [email protected]. For other project questions, use [email protected]. Do not attach a save file unless a separate, explicit test-data route has been agreed.
